The following are on the farm.

1. Workers House - 2 rooms, Toilet (pit latrine) and Kitchen.
2. ⁠There is no power connection yet, but there is a power line to connect electricity already.
3. ⁠There is a crash for washing the cows
4. ⁠There is a structure for goats (wooden structure)
5. ⁠There is also a structure for the calves (calves shed) and a separate paddock for the calves).
6. ⁠We have water all through the year - we constructed a dam at one corner. Water is not an issue, even in the dry season. There is even cat fish in the dam.
7. ⁠There is a local borehole (well)… for supply clean drinking / home use water
8. ⁠The farm is well fenced off and divided into 3 sections. There is room to add more paddocks.
9. ⁠Access road… "There is a main gravel road along the entire western axis of the farm. This road is maintained by Mbarara city. This road takes you straight to Nyakisharara Airport roughly 3km from the airport. The farm can be accessed from Ibanda road - 3 roads to access it as well as Bushenyi road
10. ⁠The local area is called Rwenturagura.
11. ⁠The cows / goats are being sold separately.
